E-Mail Policies / Uses

• E-Mail systems should not be used for mailing lists
  (List Managers can be setup for additional charges.)
• E-Mail messages should not be greater than 1Mb in size, larger messages should be sent via FTP protocol or other transport delivery methods.
• E-Mail messages should not be stored on mail systems, they should only be kept on your local system and downloaded / cleared each time your e-mail is checked.
• E-Mail checking should be set to every 10 minutes or greater.  Excessive and/or more frequent "popping" of accounts is not necessary.
• SPAM in any form is not acceptable, and we adhere to a zero-tolerance policy. For more information see our SPAM POLICY.
