What type of connection to the internet does Corpsite have?
Corpsite operates a fully redundant multi-pipe backbone network with direct connections to both MAE-EAST and
MAE-WEST for optimal performance. Regardless of your needs with have the bandwidth available.
How often do you backup the data on the servers?
We back up system data every other day. Though we do have a full recovery system and policy in place,
we strongly recommend that customers backup their own data on regular basis.
What is the difference between an "email alias" and a POP account?
A POP account requires a username and password to access your e-mail. Your e-mail software is
configured to retrieve the e-mail from your POP account.
An "email alias" points to your
current POP account either with Corpsite or your local ISP. If your POP
account ever changes, you simply redirect the alias to your new POP account
address.
Can I run my own CGI scripts in my own directory?
Yes. On Corpsite's Unix systems have full access to your own CGI directory. There are
thousands of free scripts available on the Internet that you can use on your web site.
Does Corpsite require a minimum contract?
At Corpsite there is no minimum contract period on our business web hosting accounts.
Our economy web hosting account only requires a three month minimum contract which is billed
quarterly.
What payment types and terms are available?
For payment of your account, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa cards or a check.
Many of our customers have taken advantage of our Automatic Payment
option. With AUTO PAY, your monthly hosting fee is automatically paid

Do you accept international customers?
Yes! We host web sites for businesses around the globe. Please note that all fees are
payable in US Dollars.
Can I resell space within my own account?
Yes, but you must be a part of our Developer or Reseller programs. Both programs offer
great opportunities for reselling web space.
How do I transfer files to my web site?
Unix: Files must be transferred to the web server via a File Transport Protocol (FTP)
program such as WS_FTP (PC) or Fetch (Mac).
NT: Files must be transferred to the web server via a File Transport Protocol (FTP)
program such as WS_FTP (PC) or Fetch (Mac).
NT w/FrontPage:
Files should be transferred using the Publish or Import features in FrontPage. It is not recommended
to use both FTP and FrontPage to upload files to a FrontPage account.
